Simply stated, at Pros, we’re all about Christ and the Scriptures written of Him. You won’t be met with shame, guilt, or condemnation. We don’t care where you are from, or how old you are.
Our church, the body of Christ is made up of imperfect people with their whole heart and soul toward God.
Want to know the best part? No matter what you’ve been through or what questions you might have about God and faith and Scriptures, our church is a place where you’ll find the love, grace, and truth Christ gives to anyone who seek Him.

Mission & vision
Our vision and mission are to become disciples who make disciples
- To discern to know for certain the perfect will and the purpose of God through the Original Scriptures whose original author is God (not primarily through the translated texts of Scriptures over the centuries which have kept experiencing changes in history).
- To preach Christ, the Son of God, and God the Father, solely in accordance with Scriptures.
- To demonstrate the life of Christ by both precepts and examples to others to become truthful and faithful disciples of Christ that also can live according to the purpose of God.
Objective & Goal
πρός means “toward” in Greek. As Christ, the Son of the Father, has been, is now, and will be toward God the Father by doing the work of God, God has sent His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to bring us into the Father Himself through His Son.
Therefore, we believers, in Christ, MUST and ONLY CAN come toward the Father through the Son by doing the same work of the Father that we are obligated to do, in John 1:1-3; 5:19; 14:10-12, Eph 2:18. We often ask questions to ourselves, about why God created us, how men should live life, the purpose of the Scriptures given to us, and the purpose of knowing and believing in Christ and God.
Answers to these questions cannot be found in any place or by anyone in the world. Sometimes it seems that we found some keys to the answers in the world, but these cannot be primary and essential.
This is because God the Father, the Creator who created us, is the only One who knows everything about everything and even has the answers to the questions above. Therefore, God gave us the Bible, God’s written revelation of His Word, to be the primary and essential key to the answers.
Our Beliefs
What we believe at Pros Original Bible Church about God, the Bible, and the Church
We affirm and believe that the Original Scriptures, consisting of the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments, are the inerrant and infallible Word of God with founding principles of our faith and deeds.
We affirm and believe, in the Holy Spirit, that knowing the only true God and Jesus Christ whom He has sent is eternal life.
We affirm and believe that living a life as the Lord’s disciple, teaching to observe all that the Lord has commanded, is our living creed.
We affirm and believe that we who are doing the will of God are the members of one body in Christ and we are His body the church.
We do not account our life of any value nor as precious to ourselves as we must give all of our soul, mind, and strength in order to save souls through testifying the gospel in the world as the witnesses of Christ.

Our Senior Pastor: Jeongung Lee
Jeongung is a founder of Pros Original Bible Church back in 1991 and also a scholar who contributed to the production of the first Hebrew/Greek – Korean interlinear Bible called “Stephanus Edition.” He also served as a professor of biblical Greek at the Korean Presbyterian Theological Seminary. He is married to his wife, Ellen Eunji Moon. Jeongung has two sons, John and Timothy both of whom are ministering at Pros as evangelist and pastor.
Our Pastor: Timothy Lee
Timothy came on board at Pros Original Bible Church in the fall of 2014. Born and raised in Korea, he is excited to serve the Lord and His people at Pros. Timothy is an Army Reserve chaplain serving God and the country, a Southern Baptist Theological Seminary graduate for his M.Div, and studied mathematics for his B.A. at Binghamton University. Timothy is also a certified Korean medical interpreter accredited by NBCMI.

It has been over 40 years that I’ve preached the gospel with the original Scriptures of the Bible. The Lord said, “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized (Holy Spirit) shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned” (Mark 16:15-16). And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come (Matthew 24:14). The Lord said that even He was sent to preach this gospel (Luke 4:43).
This gospel is concerning Jesus Christ (Rom 1:2-3) and we shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon us and therefore we shall be the Lord’s witnesses, carrying out the mission of preaching the gospel from Jerusalem to the end of the earth (Acts 1:8). The Lord in His Scriptures says that the ones who preach the gospel are obligated to give life to all those who believe through the gospel, and therefore they will become God’s children in Christ (1 Cor 4:15-16) and become fellow heirs, of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ (Eph 3:6).
It also requires the ones who received the gospel not to count even their lives (souls) dear to themselves for the gospel (Acts 20:24) and live a life that is worthy of the gospel (Phil1:27); the reason being, the names of those who labor in the gospel are in the Book of Life.
Therefore it can be a fate for those who receive the gospel, as debtors of the gospel, to become ministers of the gospel (Rom 1:14-15; Col 1:23). The words that apostle Paul said, “Woe is me if I do not preach the gospel!” resonates in a loud voice.
The Pros Original Bible Church, which exists solely for this very mission, is a unique Bible Church established for studying, teaching, and preaching only the Original Scriptures of the Bible for the purpose of teaching the Original Bible in a biblical way. As we have always done, we will not count anything dear to ourselves to do everything for the purpose of this gospel. We earnestly hope and excitedly await for many people to join in on this holy ministry to go toward the kingdom of our eternal Father together. Thank you and we love you in the love of God.
